First Post

Hi everyone!  I was invited to Creature Spot a few weeks ago.  I'm glad to be a part of such a talented group!  I thought I'd start out with a character from "The Star Shard", a fantasy story for kids that I illustrated for Cricket Magazine.  This guy is an Urrmsh, from a race of peaceful, nature loving giants.

If you get the chance, please check out more of my work on my website

beautiful stuff, well handled foreshortening too! cute touch with the birds, ad i lvoe the details like the loose skin at the ankles which has slightly gethered. :)

Really serene scene here, and I just want to wiggle his toes.

But really amazing for traditional work.
