I've been doing about one of these every 1-2 days. This is one I started at lunch and finished tonight. I won't keep spamming here but I liked it enough to share. :)

This one has gone so abstract, I'm having a hard time calling it "creature". At most I'm getting a sort of egg/embryo or supernatural landscape vibe from it.
I love your technique - very rich and textural.

Good point Thomas, I'll refrain from posting abstract creatures in the future. I didn't really think that through.

Daniel: Thanks. I'm doing them on a moleskine sketchbook using copic warm gray markers and titanium white (opaque) watercolor. There's also the occasional graphite or prisma pencil.

Very textural and evocative. It reminds me both of a spirit appearing over a lonely hill on a moonlit night, or of a vein erupting into some interior body cavity.
