Wow. Just wow. If anything, even better than your dinosaur post. Those bottom two designs...You took the basic bird idea, which artists have been using as creature design inspiration since forever ago, and squeezed something fascinatingly original out of it. I have to echo everyone else on the lower right design; astonishing and beautiful.

Thank you! Yeah, I'm kinda bothered by my upper beak solution on the left one -- I might riff back on that same idea. Although the one on the right looks like it's wearing some dumpy old lady hat, I'm really pleased with how the beak pincer area came out. I'm enjoying practicing with pens and colour, and finally feel like I'm getting a knack for the combo. I think the drawing style is pretty basic illustrator-y, as evidenced in the (real) bird pics, but becomes more interesting when applied to unorthodox subject matter.
