I really like the fact that this concept art almost looks like it is a traditional colored pencil work, but it is too "polished" to be so. Your brushwork, forms, and detailing work here are just wonderful. I wonder if any other bones are metal on the inside of him. That would be a heavy som'bitch.

Oh, p'shah, this is great! Excellent anatomy and rendering. I particularly enjoy the top view of its wings. The overal shapes are rather conservative and could have been more adventurous, but overall this is a great image.

I agree I need to push my self past conservative anatomy and think out side the box alittle more often.
