Beautiful work as always ! Great skin texture
It looks very feminine to me... I think you should throw on some multi-nipples -- Maybe 3 pairs. They could serve as a nice destination for the eyes to move from the ears to, and then back again (maybe enticed by some clavicle detail), plus they would echo that repetitive nature. As it is now, my gaze drops down the curve of neck musculature and dead-ends in that little arrow of abdominal plating. Great job on those ear cavities -- I wanna live inside them!

I rarely see subtlety in creature sculpts and you nailed it on the mouth. I also agree with william that its very feminine and would love to see that played up. I havent seen many breasts in your collection besides fat guys :P
