recent critterness

WOOOOOO party people! :D here's a couple of things i did for some internet artsy events. also some news, i got a job at a local 3rd party game developer! yaay. so far it doesnt involve creatures though. /weep

SO! this guy below was going to be in the Splice contest on deviantart, but i became inundated with works and besides, gunnerromantic was destined to win anyway. :P

he's axolotl + otter + eurypterid + the thing at the beginning of Dune. HIS NAME IS FLUFFY. ^_^

next is an entry for the Drawgasmic contest/show/book/thing. i've been toying with a new story involving organic metaphorical space travel and long expanses of galactic time, and i've been reading The White Goddess by Robert Graves, so i threw the two together, and made a creature out of the elusive nature of poetic mythology. behole Gwion the Roebuck.

and finally, my new jorb turns out to be very artsy-friendly. we have bimonthly figure drawing sessions, and weekly art challenges! AWSUM. last week's inspired my BEST DRAWING EVER.
